We are seeking an experienced Prophet 21 Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 ERP, strong operational expertise, and the ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes. This position will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency, data integrity, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epicor Prophet 21 ERP, supporting users across multiple business functions.

Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into effective ERP configurations and process improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integrity and system issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Design and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support operational and financial analysis.

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to streamline business processes and improve performance.

Support Prophet 21 Cloud functionality, integrations, and system enhancements.

Create and manage business rules, workflows, and automation within Prophet 21.

Participate in testing, training, and change management activities related to system upgrades and new feature implementations.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Specialist with Epicor Prophet 21.

Strong understanding of operations and functional areas such as:

Materials Management (Inventory & Purchasing)

Sales & Order Management

Warehouse Management
-
Financial Management
-
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Experience with cloud-based ERP environments and system migrations or implementations.

Proven ability to analyze, identify, and resolve data-related or functional system issues.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Experience creating and maintaining Prophet 21 business rules and system integrations.

Knowledge of APIs or EDI for connecting Prophet 21 with third-party applications.

Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Crystal Reports.
