Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, dashboard development, reporting, and working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights.
• Work with data sources to extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting.
• Create and maintain Power BI data models and datasets.
• Develop and optimize DAX calculations and measures.
• Ensure accuracy, performance, and usability of Power BI reports.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Document BI solutions, reporting processes, and technical requirements.
• Support enhancements and ongoing maintenance of existing Power BI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and data modeling.
• Experience working with multiple data sources.
• Good understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
