Role:-  WCS Developer Architect with Solutioning Exp.

Location:- Remote(100%)

Job Type: Long Contract

Experience : 12+ Years

 

Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and customize e-commerce solutions using IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS) platform.

·       Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

·       Implement and extend WCS features, modules, and functionalities to meet project requirements.

·       Customize and integrate WCS with third-party systems, services, and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, ERP systems).

·       Develop and optimize WCS data models, business logic, and integration points.

·       Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces for WCS storefronts.

·       Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure quality and reliability of WCS implementations.

·       Optimize website performance, scalability, and security using WCS best practices and industry standards.

·       Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
