Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Test Lead / Test Coordinator / QA Lead roles.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in:
  • Test Planning & Test Coordination
  • Test Case Management
  • Test Execution
  • Defect Tracking & Defect Management
  • Regression Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Release Testing
  • UAT Support
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Experience coordinating multiple testing cycles, releases, and environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and status reports.
• Ability to track risks, blockers, dependencies, and testing progress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise Data / Data Integration Testing.
• Batch Processing & Interface Testing.
• Downstream Data Validation.
• SQL for data validation.
• GCP knowledge.
• Python for testing/data validation.
• Test dashboards and reporting.
• Test automation exposure.
• Experience with non-production environments (QV or similar).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, schedules, and execution reports.
• Track defects and coordinate defect triage meetings.
• Monitor test environments and readiness.
• Communicate testing status, risks, blockers, and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure complete test coverage and traceability.
• Support regression, integration, and release testing.
• Maintain JIRA dashboards and testing metrics.
• Recommend process improvements and testing automation opportunities.
