Role Summary
· Delivery Lead responsible for delivery readiness, architecture accountability, and release execution for features developed by offshore India teams.
· Acts as the single point of accountability to ensure work is design‑ready, delivery‑ready,tested, and releasable in compliance with SDLC, change, and audit expectations.
· This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role, working closely with internal architects andbusiness/technology stakeholders to shape and govern solutions.
Core Responsibilities
