Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support (AR/Cash): Provide Level 2/3 functional and technical support for AR (Invoicing, Receipt Application, Collections) and Cash Management (Bank Statement Importing, Reconciliation).
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve production issues, system defects, and data issues promptly to meet SLA deadlines.
Enhancements & Configuration: Perform system configuration changes, setup adjustments, and prepare functional design documents (FDD) for new requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to resolve issues in OTBI, BI, and OIC integrations wherever applicable.
User Support & Training: Collaborate with finance business users to understand issues and provide training/documentation as needed.
Month-End Support: Actively support business users during month-end closing activities.
Required Techno-Functional Skills:
Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data analysis, data extraction, and troubleshooting.
Oracle Cloud Tools: Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI, and OIC.
Support Experience: Minimum 2+ years of production support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion Financials.
Background: Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation or support project.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders

Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
Accountabilities
- Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. Including the identification of the appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business, optimisation, and resourcing requirements.
- Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages. Use of data to drive down mean time to resolution.
- Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, utilising software scripting/coding disciplines.
