Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join our support team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (Cash), and related GL/SLA modules. The role requires a blend of deep functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, hands-on technical skills in SQL and BI Publisher, and experience with integration technologies like FBDI/ADFDI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support (AR/Cash): Provide Level 2/3 functional and technical support for AR (Invoicing, Receipt Application, Collections) and Cash Management (Bank Statement Importing, Reconciliation).

  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve production issues, system defects, and data issues promptly to meet SLA deadlines.

  • Enhancements & Configuration: Perform system configuration changes, setup adjustments, and prepare functional design documents (FDD) for new requirements.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to resolve issues in OTBI, BI, and OIC integrations wherever applicable.

  • User Support & Training: Collaborate with finance business users to understand issues and provide training/documentation as needed.

  • Month-End Support: Actively support business users during month-end closing activities.

Required Techno-Functional Skills:

  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data analysis, data extraction, and troubleshooting.

  • Oracle Cloud Tools: Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI, and OIC.

  • Support Experience: Minimum 2+ years of production support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion Financials.

  • Background: Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation or support project.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.  Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response. 

Accountabilities

  • Build Engineering:  Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. Including the identification of the appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business, optimisation, and resourcing requirements.
