If you’re a results-driven recruiter with 2+ years of experience in bench marketing and vendor/client relationships—this role is for you!
🔑 Key Highlights:
✅ 5+ years in OPT/CPT/H-1B recruitment
✅ Strong expertise in US job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed)
✅ Skilled in bulk email campaigns & lead generation
✅ Good understanding of visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Ready to work Night Shift (US time zone)
✅ On-site role in Madhapur, Hyderabad
