🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 4–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
🔹 Strong in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
🔹 Proficient with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
🔹 Hands-on with ATS & vendor/client coordination
🔹 Deep understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work visas
🔹 Excellent sourcing, screening & negotiation skills
