🔑 Key Highlights:
✅ 3–5 years in US IT Staffing
✅ Strong experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
✅ Excellent sourcing, screening & negotiation skills
✅ Experience with ATS systems & vendor coordination
✅ Flexibility to work Night Shift (US time zone)
✅ Ready to work On-site in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
