Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
Proficiency in Python and Spark.
Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with distributed data processing frameworks.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices and version control.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or investment management environments.
Experience implementing enterprise MLOps platforms.
Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty, or Data Analytics).
Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional certification.
