Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain
Pega environments including installation, configuration, patching, and
upgrades.
- Manage application
deployments and platform releases across multiple environments.
- Support cloud-hosted
Pega platforms on AWS, GCP, or Pega Cloud.
- Perform environment
provisioning and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or
similar tools.
- Monitor system health,
logs, alerts, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot production
issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
- Manage security, access
controls, certificates, and compliance requirements.
- Support disaster
recovery and high-availability configurations.
- Work closely with
developers and architects during deployments and upgrades.
