Job Description:
Business Analyst with e-commerce and scrum experience. Working on a B2C website. Will be responsible for Requirements writing. Responsibilities will include both strategic and project management requiring substantial interaction with internal business partners, technology professionals, and external vendors and clients.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills… interaction will be with various business partners, IT team, external clients
- Candidate MUST HAVE experience writing web user stories for a Extensive E-commerce / Website / Marketing experience required. Excellent requirements writing skills.
- Scrum experience
- Document and decompose user stories from a product backlog, define acceptance criteria and tasks within a team employing the Scrum framework to deliver first-class, internet products and services.
- Analyze website activity, surveillance reports, and error logging to identify potential issues and future enhancement opportunities supporting the client's web capabilities.
- Track record of effectively managing concurrent projects while balancing multiple tasks and priorities. Measure/track/report project/product effectiveness and make recommendations based on findings.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex business and technology issues
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to drive increased website usage and conversion rates.
- Manage projects from inception through launch w/subsequent monitoring/evaluation of success criteria.
- Apply business analysis, usability principles, and agile methodologies to web-based product and service development initiatives.
- Desired:
- Scrum / Agile certification is highly needed.
- Customer-facing financial services website is a plus
