Les Assistants Principaux à la Sécurité seront responsables de contribuer à la mise en place de tous les dispositifs et procédures en lien avec la sécurité : participer à la formulation de la stratégie de sécurité du bureau et à l’élaboration du plan de sécurité ; contribuer à l’élaboration des politiques et procédures en rapport aux situations de crise et préparer les éventuels plans d’urgence.
Under the close supervision and guidance of the supervisor, the programme assistant supports the respective section through providing a range of procedural, administrative, operational support in developing, implementing, executing and monitoring their country programme, ensuring timely and effective delivery that is consistent with UNICEF rules and regulations.
Child Protection Budget Analysis Consultant (open to Nationals of Malawi only) Location:Malawi Closing Date: The objective of this consultancy is to strengthen UNICEF’s capacity in programming and advocacy on Public Finance for Children (PF4C). The evidence that will be generated through this consultancy will assist Social Policy and Child Protection Sections to engage with relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies with the aim of increasing and improving the quality of public spending on child protection in Malawi.
Under the supervision of the Early Learning Education Specialist and the Education Advocacy Specialist, the Consultant will provide technical assistance to the production of the Early Learning Publication and of the technical advocacy brief on the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey 6 and the modules on Foundational Learning and Parental Involvement.
