Restructuring of AD(OL) in BSNL.

Dear friends, any updates regarding the subject. The fellow colleagues of BSNL have already surrendered their legitimate, well deserving pay-scale of 8000--13000 (IDA pre-revised) by settling in just 6500-10500 as per recommendations of 6th CPC for more than 10 years now and keeping silent. Many of us have retired from service and unfortunately many from life. Now we are already working in a period of 3rd PRC to be implemented w.e.f. 01.01.2017. Same situation seems to be arising now, thereby meaning that we will have to suffer huge financial loss by working in the payscale of 2 stages down, if nothing concrete comes out from DOT. Is'nt is the high time to file a court case or should we keep waiting for one more decade hoping 4th CPC to do something for the POOR rajbhashakarmi's of BSNL. Please render your valuable suggestions.
