Self-Respect

: I am the Ancestor Soul

The word ‘Ancestor’ means ‘Senior’. Seniors always want the wellbeing of their juniors. All

of their thoughts, words or actions are for the benefit of their juniors/descendents. We all are the

Ancestor Souls. We too should bestow the sunlight / water (sustenance) of Good Wishes and

Pure feelings to our descendents… so that their lives become easy and prosperous.

Yoga Practice:

1. “When you are in the awareness of being the ‘Ancestor Soul’, the entire world

automatically gets the Sakash.”

So, throughout the day let us stabilize in the awareness of being the Ancestor Souls.

Thus the entire World will keep getting Sakash of good Wishes and Pure feelings.

Application of Good Wishes – Our most sweet BapDada says, “Let someone be how much

ever dark and dirty like the black coal, you see that one as a shining Diamond. Thus that

Soul’s darkness will gradually go away.”

So, let us see everyone as shining Diamonds irrespective of their current nature.

3. “Spread the vibration of Good Wishes everywhere. You need the special attention on this

aspect at this hour. Such a Soul is called the ‘Fast Effort Maker’”.

So, let us spread the vibration of Good Wishes and Pure feelings while walking

around everywhere.

Inculcation:

Tolerance.

- Most of the time we think… “How long more should I tolerate? Let me one speak it out

and finish off all the issues”. But does that actually rectify the nature of the Soul? Your

power of Tolerance and Good Wishes can actually transform the Soul forever.

- Remember… who has asked you to tolerate? (GOD Himself)

- Tolerating is not dying… rather this dying is like being immortal forever.

- The one who tolerates, becomes the Emperor.

Churning:

1. How to accumulate the stock of Good Wishes and Pure Feelings?

2. What are the Godly versions for Good Wishes and Pure Feelings?

For the Effort makers:

Dear Effort makers, we are the foundation and the liberators of the entire creation. Our

each and every thought influences the creation. We are the one who make the World a Hell and a

Heaven. The World will become a Heaven when our heart becomes full of Good Wishes and Pure

Feelings for all. So, don’t let any negative feeling to get accumulated in any corner of your mind.

Such negative feelings are depriving the World from being a Heaven and depriving us from our

Complete Stage.
