Dear Distinguished member of the Indian diaspora community/Presidents & Coordinators of the Associations connected with us, and friends of India,

 

In order to promote the spirit of Pravasi Bhartiya Divas (PBD), we at the High Commission would be celebrating a local PBD on January 11, 2019 (Commencing 17:45 hrs), at the Chancery precincts [address: 3-5, Moonah Place, Yarralumla, ACT-2600].

We would also be celebrating the Vishwa Hindi Diwas (Jan 10) on the same occasion, i.e. on Jan 11, 2019. Of course Lohri, Sankranti, Pongal, Megh bihu, Khichdi and other such harvest festival in India are also celebrated close to the day.

 

We solicit your gracious presence and of the members of your association, for the event. Your partners are welcome to join in.
