Dear Syed Basha,

Assalamu Alaikum.

My son A. Abul Hussain working as Librarian in Jamal Mohamed College,Trichy, informed about your best efforts to the needy persons and he wanted me to get a detailed reports from doctors and sent to him.

As per his request, I am enclosing the doctors letters in original on the prolonged disease of my son Abdul Gani.

I want to inform you about my family affairs.

I have got three sons and four daughters of which two sons and three daughters married and settled separately.

First Son Rafi Ahamed is a B.T. Assistant, working in Govt. High School.

Second son Abul Hussain is working in Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy.

Both the sons have separate family are helping me whenever necessary.

My third son A. Abdul Gani aged about 32 years is employed as Computer Assistant in a Private College at Salem.

The third son Abdul Gani was affected by heavy fever during December
2010. The local doctors advised for thorough check-up about
ill-health. He was admitted in the Salem Polyclinic Hospital and Chief doctors informed that this both the kidneys are not functioning and transplantation is necessary. He also advised to continue the dialysis to safeguard the kidney. Accordingly the dialysis has been done over a year.

I enclosed the letter of Dr. Nagarajan (Nephro), Salem Polyclinic for your perusal.

The kidney transplantation is undertaking in Vinayaga Mission Hospital at Seeragapadi Village which is 15km from Salem Town.

Dr. V.M.Ganesan, Chief Doctors (Nephro) of S.K.S. Hospital Salem is empowered, to undertake the Surgery along with team of Doctors.

Hence I consulted him in the month December 2011 he also agreed for the transplantation. He also advised to undertake the Dialysis in S.K.S.Hospital for overall supervision.

The transplantation of kidney is only the last report to save the life and the process are very expensive to the extent of 7 to 8 Lakhs.

I am a retired Govt. servant getting monthly pension ten thousand a month and my two sons are helping minimum.

In my case, I expect a sizable amount from you and the almighty Allah will give prosperity in your life and best future after worldly life.
