A crew is a body or a class of people who work at a common activity, generally in a structured or hierarchical organization. A location in which a crew works is called a crewyard or a workyard.[1] The word has nautical resonances: the tasks involved in operating a ship, particularly a sailing ship, providing numerous specialities within a ship's crew, often organised with a chain of command. Traditional nautical usage strongly distinguishes officers from crew, though the two groups combined form the ship's company. Crew Leader Certificates of Registration expire at midnight on December 31st of the year for which the certificate was granted. A certificate of registration may be renewed each year upon filing an application of renewal.
Certificates of Registration are not transferable and shall be kept by the registrant in his/her immediate personal possession and shall be displayed by the registrant upon request of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development and by request of the individual employer or any seasonal farm worker or prospective farm worker.
Any individual holding a valid certificate of registration shall wear and display such identification when engaging in activities as a crew leader.

NASA and Boeing are targeting the Starliner-1 launch no earlier than the beginning of 2025 on a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The four astronauts will join an expedition crew aboard the space station.
Ahead of CFT, Boeing has completed P213 tape removal in the upper dome of the Starliner crew compartment and work is underway to remove or remediate the tape in the lower dome of the spacecraft.
