So I'm gonna be writing my IELTS Academic on the 12th of July. For a while now I've been preparing for the listening and reading sections using the website ieltsonlinetests.com and I've been consistently getting 8s in reading and 8.5s in listening (I'm aiming for 9 in both). Recently however, I made the switch to Cambridge books after reading online that their questions were more accurate when it comes to the actual test.
I've done 14 and a couple tests from 11 so far, and the thing that worries me is that I've been finding these wayyyy easier than the ones on the website, and I've been getting more 9s than 8.5s in both sections. I really don't want to overestimate myself, so could someone give their opinion on whether the level of difficulty is going to be relatively the same? Or will the actual test be harder and closer to the questions on ieltsonlinetests.com?
