Hello Sir,

I am Aasaf Parvez from AIESEC, the largest youth run Organisation in the world. We have a global network of 113 countries and we are also recognized by the United Nations.

We are having a national level conference in February, "National Leadership Summit 2013" which will have students from 19 prime cities of India from the best colleges participating. Since this is our biggest conference of the year, we are organizing a series of Corporate and Social events in New Delhi.

AIESEC is looking for Sponsors and Outreach partners. It will be a great opportunity for JBL Harman to be associated with our Organisation. We recently witnessed selection of JBL Youth Ambassadors and we can provide you with a great outreach at a national level through student related events.

Thank you for sharing this proposal with us. To be very honest, students are not our core TG and we have only recently begun engaging with them. Since we’re just testing the waters, I cannot justify large spends. We would be keen on coming on board as title sponsors at 2 lakhs. Apart from the deliverables mentioned in your proposal, I am also interested in the following:

 

1)      Running a contest (will be an online format that could go out to the AIESEC India database)

2)      Space to create a JBL Experience Zone

3)      Will there be a party/informal gathering that we could call a ‘JBL Night’ or something like that?

Thank you for considering the partnership. We have our Organizing Committee Meeting scheduled for tomorrow, I will take this forward to them and let you know as soon as possible.

We have post session parties during the conference called as OC Night (Organizing Committee Night). JBL night would definitely be welcomed. 
Can you enlighten me more about the JBL night, the contest and JBL experience zone so that I can discuss it with the team.
