I am sharing some Databases with you.
1) NLS OC Database. This was dead lately. But not unimportant..
Open the database. Find the tab "ER". You can find there, all the companies for which follow -ups of the Walk-ins or "Personal Contacts" have to done. That is, sending proposals over mails/ calling them again for responses. The people who went for walk-ins have a clear idea of it. This is basically to keep everything updated, and so that nothing is lost. I hope everybody agrees on this.
- Concerned people who have contacts for today's and Monday's walk-ins. Update them ASAP so that proposals are sent by tonight.
- Aasaf, update your companies here as well, and mention your name, so that there's no confusion.
2)Now the second databases is for COLD CALLS. As per the POA, cold calls will be done tomorrow, and so on. OCVPs will allot of companies for you to contact here. You guys will know who contacts which company. Now, update the status of the cold calls in this spreadsheet only.
There are a lot of sheets there. Make sure when you search for which company is against your name, you check all the sheets
Also, this is the same database which is made by you guys. :)
I'll share the first Database just now. I'll shortly share the second databases with you, as soon as the sheet are sorted.
Now I know the mail is confusing, so please call/text/mail me or other OCVPs if you have queries regarding this. :)
Needless to say, show your sincerity and reply on the mailer. I would know which members checks his/her mails how often.
To make things less boring and more fun, reply with the name of your favourite EB member, and that EB member can not be your VP! :D
