Disappointments and Failures.

Hello members,

With great disappointment, I want to write this mail. I am sorry to be rude, but there is enough of running around we have done after you guys. If a simple thing like 'updating a spreadsheet',completing calls on time, and giving your OCVPs updates on whatever work is being done cannot be done by you, then I am sorry to say, but I cant see the efforts.
Hereby, we are done being sweet with you. NLS just a month away. And we have ZERO money. Not even a rupee.If you say you are really working hard and putting efforts, I want to question you now. Where is the result?

Please get some things very clear from here.

1. From today onwards, I need a DAILY UPDATE of whatever work has been  done during that day. Please understand the word 'Daily', you need to mail me each day, how many cold calls done, how many walk-ins, how many follow ups, and how many meetings, etc.  I will not be 'reminding' you to mail me! Set reminders, do anything, I want a mail from each member in my inbox before 11:59 every night!

2. If you can do BAKK on the group, I am sure you can reply to Sagar's or my work-related messages. If we see any person doing bakk and not replying, you know the consequence. (I already know the names doing that).

3. Irrespective of the daily updates, spreadsheet should be updated.  Me and Sagar would not keep texting/calling you to update it. Isn't it obvious to update the spreadsheet? Do I really need to mention how important and crucial it is? REALLY GUYS??

These are just the BASIC things, which was anyway expected from each one of you. Writing a mail to tell you guys this, is disappointing.


If you think we are being too harsh on you, then I'm sorry, its time we do.
I hate doing this, but I cant see any other way round. Understand and absorb this fact, YOU ARE IN THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE OF AIESEC's NATIONAL LEADERS SUMMIT 2013. Give chills? Well, if it doesn't, then question yourself, what are you doing here?

I want to add on, I know exactly who is putting efforts and who is not, who is being responsible and who is not. (I know by names)
For those who are not,  a message to you,  Realise, that not only your contribution is less, but you are also making others wonder, 'why should I do if he/she is not doing'. I am sorry,but  I cant see this happening with the OC, you will be out if this continues, and I am not kidding. Start being responsible and show why you are here. If you think people are wrongly pointing fingers, prove them wrong. If you think you cant do it, look at the people who are doing it!
For those who are, Appreciation will never stop, but realise one thing, instead of looking at others and questioning "WHY ME". Look at people who are worth, and question, "WHY CANT ME". Once you go up, make sure you keep it up, and not fall down, a situation I can see happening with most of you. Also understand, if you think your efforts are going waste, THEY ARE NOT! You will realise it when you get the result. Its a process. If efforts stop, you break the process.

FIT YOURSELF IN ONE OF THE TWO. BE HONEST WITH YOU. I have already fit in each of you in one of the two.
Anjora, Ayushi, Angad, Divya, Tanya, Aasaf, Sukriti, Aarushi, Cauvery. All of you!

One more thing, I would not ask for replies here, or any mail for that matter, Do it, if you think there is a necessity to. Do not reply if you think we are just bullshitting around and you don't need to be accountable to us, or work, for that matter.
I really want to test your sincerity now.
