Control to stop the machine when it has crashed

Hello, I just bought a RAISE3D N Dual.
How to stop the Raise3D N Dual, when it has crashed during printing.
No way to stop the machine, even when removing the plug. Do you have a solution??

On the newer machines somewhere on the side or back of the touch screen there should be a reset button, which when pressed would stop the machine and reboot. I have a kickstarter edition so it doesn't have this button so I can't give a precise location.
