Gave it a try, but you cannot enter wetransfer.com/api/v4/transfers/* as a host name. I tried *.wetransfer.com on it's own, but that doesn't work when uploading files - they are redirected to wt-prod-s3asaservice-storm.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com.
If the latter is the case, well, then you need to allow it somehow... There are several ways of achieving this depending on your environment and business requirements. For example, you could have the same AD group assigned to the "wetransfer" rule and a rule that would allow "ssl and web-browsing" to the "Online Storage and Backup" category (that category would need to be set as the matching criterion, on the "Service/URL category" tab; the URL profile in that rule would need to be set to "Alert" only on all categories).
app control and web filter has blocking. In security events it was seen that the web filter was blocking sharepoint services which is strange. Surely fortigate has a problem with filtering traffic to and from sharepoint because in the app control I added everything related to microsoft 365 and there was still a problem. Web filter had defined what to cut but certainly not sharepoint. Just like wetransfer

As a customer I interfaced with another company using JSM. When I created a support ticket in their system then has a link at the top of the ticket that stated Send us data via wetransfer. This would allow them to receive the data and it would auto populate the wetransfer link with the support ticket number and add that link to the ticket.
