please i need to know how can i make the below by RainTPL code

example:

if user chosen Max or any name from the below drop down 

Choose any doctor :  Choose One: {loop="tech"} {$value.name} {/loop}

i need to appear his mail in the below input

Email of the chosen person is :

Hi Mohamed, your problem is with HTML and Javascript not with RainTPL, sorry but can't help with it.
