Climbing, Support People Update
July 12, 2010
This weekend we had a group of 9 start out from White River to Camp
Sherman. Two people hiked into Glacier Basin and seven of us went to
Sherman. We established two GPS stations and attempted a few gravity
readings.
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday the 20th at Cougar Rock Camp
Ground. Look for a message on the camp ground bulletin board to find
out where we will be camping.
Those that do not make it to Rainier on Tuesday night meet us at
Paradise at 9am on Wednesday the 21st.
We still need support climbers to help measure at Muir, carry
equipment and supplies to Muir, and measure at the lower elevations.
We will be assigning responsibilities and roles in the next few days.
