Released RainTPL 3

Released RainTPL 3 and added on Packagist, which means is now installable with Composer

Composer is a package manager that is changing the way we install and maintain projects, thanks to its version/dependency system that allows you to define in a json file (composer.json) which packages and version of the package to install in your application. Totally awesome.
