Hi,

I downloaded 2.3.1 and unzipped it and followed the online install
doc. "http://www.rainframework.com/User-Guide/Basic/Installation/"

There is not index.php in the rainframework directory.

There is no application/config directory to enter db settings.

Can you help?

John

Hi John,

the new basic installation is designed for shared server, so the main file is website/index.php, you can configure the directories by changing the file website/config/directory.php.
We'll make the documentation about it more clear!

Thanks,
Federico

You can also go o the git hub and get the latest download from there. Be aware there is an issue with case for the controllers directory. You will need to ucfirst the folders in there.

./application/controllers/Content/Content.php
./application/controllers/Form/Form.php
./application/controllers/Form/Form.Ajax.php
./application/controllers/Test/Test.php

I've got it working, but it wasn't what i would call "easy."
