Failed to Load or save crystal report

I get the error message shown in the subject line everytime I try to
run CRExporter. Here is the batch file I am using, minus the
passwords:
"C:\Program Files\RainforestNET\crexport\crexport.exe" -U"sa" -P -
S"RightCAD32" -F"C:\CRExporter\ExportReports\IFT.RPT" -O"C:\CRExporter
\ExportReports\Outbound\IFT_Report.rtf" -E"rtf" -XMSMail -
t"ESo...@prnambulance.com" -s"IFT Report" -u"reports" -p"********"

There are no subreports, and just a couple of summaries. The report
itself has all of the record selection parameters built into it. I
also tried creating a very simple report, no summaries, groups, etc,
and got the same error. Any suggestions?
