flattr for google code try no.2

Added Flattr button to the python-patch project page. It is

href with static button, link gets underlined by Google Code,

so you can see a visual artifact on the page between Flattr

and G+ buttons.

The button also misses Flattr counter, because API requires

JavaScript to load and render it, and JavaScript is banned

from Google Code pages, unless you wrap it into a gadget.
