Latest reboot code requires extra config steps

If you fetch the latest reboot code, please do the following commands
to use the latest code:

> easy_install -U sqlalchemy
> rm renv/bin/run-raindrop
> cd raindrop
> python setup.py develop
> cd ..

When wanting to run a sync, use the .py version of run-raindrop:

> run-raindrop.py sync-messages --max-age=5days
