Shankar Bidari's appointment set aside

In a judgment passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Bangalore Bench the appointment of Shri Shankar Mahadev Bidari has been set aside .  The State is  directed to send all the records to the UPSC for fresh empanelment  and thereafter the State Government has to consider the appointment of  the DG & IG of Police.
