2017年的同志遊行是振奮人心的一年，由2008年1000人堅持努力至去年，終於突破10000人，現在我們先回顧一下去年遊行的精彩花絮，看看我們每個人在的熱情和堅持。然後，我們保持這份決心，今年為我們的同志平權，繼續邁步前進。

Highlights of Pride Parade 2017
The Pride Parade started with 1,000 people ten years ago in 2008. Last year, we were very delighted and much encouraged to have more than 10,000 participants joining us. Let us take a look at last year's highlight, and recall our hearty devotion and burning perseverance. With the same passion, we shall gather together again this year and parade for equal rights for sexual minorities.

同志遊行2018主題顏色：搶眼紫∣Dress Code of HKP2018: Proud Purple(scroll down for eng)
同志遊行2018的主題顏色是「搶眼紫」。
因為紫色的顏料難以製造，相傳古時要以一萬隻海螺才萃取到一公克染料*，長久以來只有上流社會才能穿著紫色的服飾，基層人民被視為不配擁有，令人聯想到性小眾長期被認為不值得擁有平等權利。但隨著技術的進步，紫色日漸流行起來。我們渴望人權也能像美麗的紫色一樣，隨著社會的進步而普及起來。讓每一個人，任何身份，都能共同享有平等人權。
就讓我們在今年的同志遊行上，穿上搶眼的紫色，一起弘揚平等和人權的理念，推動性傾向歧視立法，讓孿直都能共享平等。
Hong Kong Pride Parade 2018 Dress Code: Proud Purple
It is very difficult to produce the purple colour. In the ancient times, one gram of pure purple dye can only be extracted from ten thousand sea snails*. Only those from the upper class are able to wear purple coloured clothings while those from the lower class are considered not worthy of possessing it. Sexual minorities are like the purple colour as people consider them not worthy of possessing equal rights. Nowadays, with the advancement of technology, purple has become a trendy colour. Resembling the beautifulness of the purple colour, we hope to bring out advancement in discussion throughout the society so that everyone, no matter what their identities are, could enjoy equal human rights.
Let us all wear the ‘Proud Purple’ colour in the Hong Kong Pride Parade 2018 to call for the law on sexual orientation discrimination and to enjoy equality!
