1. fixed a bug in function "Find..".
in some case,Can't find out "upper case" english words.

2.display and save unicode filename information within project file
more better.

3.start to support: save in others os text files,such as linux ,mac.

4. upgrade language files ( menu.ini ) and ( lang.ini ) from ANSI
to UTF8 format.

5. fixed some bugs in display text.
