Dear Tarn Taran Singh,
Thank you for sending information about KRI level 3. As a Professional teacher trainer I have loved Yogi Bhajan's Teachings and am very much involved in delivering Level 1 following KRI and lead trainers from Karam Kriya School guidelines.
I am a member of the Rainbow Sangat and part of missl leader at Guru Ram Das Gurdwara at the EYF. As Level Three "reflects the core values of mutuality, respect, transparency and inclusivity " I would very much like to see these qualities considered to include same sex relationships in the humanology part of the teachings.
With this mind, please find attached a collection of articles collated from Sarbat.net, a London website which campaigns for equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBT) Sikhs.
I would also like to invite you to watch the video from All Out that remixes the latest speech of U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. It tells the story of the movement for all people to live and love freely.
The fact that such a high-profile leader has spoken out is momentous, but many key nations didn't hear his call to act at all. A
handful of member states in the United Nations Human Rights Council actually walked out of Ban Ki-moon's speech in protest of Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgendered rights. http://www.allout.org/thetimehascome with this in mind I very much hope that KRI does not 'walk out' and takes a clear stand on same sex relationship and spirituality
Love and blessings
