According to your blog, why the Chinese are different?
It is circumstances of origin and foundation of upbringing.

Try placing Malaysians or Indians in China when they are born and the
Chinese in Malaysia or India the reverse order.
Both will blend back into the culture of origin.
In China it is survival, in Malaysia and India, there are choices.

Same applies in Management and urgency to work.
If urgency need to be created when survival depends on it, then
rainbow chasers will chase only when ask to run .
While for rainbow creators, survival creates the need to be urgent
that makes them run.
