• Noe Valley, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor stand-alone cottage
• $850 rent + cost of utilities, cable, and $40/mo house keeper 

• 2 minute walk to J Church, 15 minute walk to 24th St BART

• larger downstairs room with big closet

• 3 human roommates (1 girl, 2 guys), 2 feline roommates 

• upstairs: large sunny living/dining room with skylights and a large open kitchen with awesome vintage stove 

• downstairs: TV room and FREE in-unit washer & dryer

• landlord lives in adjacent building

We're a fun group looking for a clean, communicative, respectful, social, upbeat person who also enjoys the company of cats. Unfortunately, there can be no more pets in the house.
People who like to cook to the front of the line.
