Add an OpenID to profile fails

Just trying to update my profile to use an OpenID. When I got I click save it gets stuck on a blank page.

Thanks for the alert Adam, I'll attack this over the weekend and push an update.

Actually, I'll probably finish updating to Rails 3 and push that with the OpenID update.
