First, could you correct the param_protected entry to reflect the proper
owner, please?
Second, could you modify your site to allow reporting of unlisted
gems/plugins that are owned by someone else. It would be nice if your
very useful site could act as a clearing house for the group experience
in addition to just the reports that owners care to make.
Since it seems that a lot of the posts on this mailing list are reports
of this error, I think I am not the only one who wants this functionallity.

Good idea!
How would you think we should go about doing this?
It is not too hard to assign ownership, and I could implement that in the system, ie, allowing you to register a gem and assigning it to someone else.
Or we would just list gems that sort of have no "owner" waiting for the owner to claim them. That could also be an option.
What do you think?
