Unclickable or copyable links in comments

Hello,
On visiting a particular plugin page, when you try reading a comment,
the links provided by users are not clickable. On clicking the comment
just slides up, so I can't even copy paste the link. This is
undesirable.
Browser version tried on:
Firefox 3.6.3
Google Chrome 5.x beta (Linux)
