Clicking the body of a comment should not toggle the visibility

Sometimes the body of a "working/not working" comment contain useful
information (like a URL I want to copy), but clicking to highlight the
text causes the comment to blind up, hiding the text. This is very,
very annoying.
My suggestion is to only make the header toggle visibility.
