Update to Documentation

Moonshine is only compatible with Capistrano 2.x. The documentation refers to cap deploy:setup which does not exist in Capistrano 3.

Moonshine doesn't support Capistrano 3.  Cap 3 is a complete rewrite and it's going to take us some time to make moonshine compatible with it.
