Missing Rake Tasks

I have the latest version of Moonshine plugin, but when I run the command rake --tasks, I'm not seeing any of the Moonshine tasks? Specifically, I was trying to do a rake moonshine:update, but then I noticed there were no rake commands listed. I forced the upgrade with:

rails plugin install git://github.com/railsmachine/moonshine.git --force

But I'm still wondering why there aren't any rake commands?

Hey Tom,

Just checked this in a Rails 3.2 app, and I'm not seeing any moonshine tasks either. I think it may have had to do with how Rails loads rake tasks from plugins changing at some point.

Made a ticket for this at https://github.com/railsmachine/moonshine/issues/133 , but in the mean time the `rails plugin install` is going to be the best way to update.
