How to install RMagick gem with RailsInstaller

Any pointers on how to go about installing rmagick with RailsInstaller?
I tried installed the bundled version of rmagick gem for windows, but that's mswin32 and the ruby we have with rails installer is mingw32

Thanks for the prompt response, solution worked perfectly

I did search for a solution on this, but I guess I wasn't using the right keywords. I was searching with bundler + rmagick + windows
