What should i do if my plan is not confirmed even though I want to come.

Hi,

Myself Satish N Kota, Owner Heurion Consulting (Stoke-on-Trent, UK and
Bangalore, India) would like to come and join you ppl for the camp as
i myself am a hard core rails programmer...

However I do not know if I would be in UK or in India during that
time.

So i would like to know the best method of confirming the membership
to the activity?

Secondly does GBP 45 cover all activities for all 3 days and 3 nights?

Well, there's only a few places left, so you're going to have to
decide pretty quickly if you want a ticket.

Worse case scenario is you find out you can't make it, and try to find
someone else to take your place. The earlier this happens, the more
likely someone will take your ticket :)

The 45 GBP covers food and a bed and attendance for the entire camp.
You will need to bring a sleeping bag or similar, a towel, etc (see
the website for a more detailed list). It's an extremely casual event,
which means we can keep costs pretty low.
