In the planning phase leading up to the August 17-18 Harvard Law
School workshop, we met with the Berkman Center and had a pretty wide-
ranging discussion.

One suggestion that came up was an idea for follow-up for the workshop
grads. The idea was to match workshop grads with Ruby on Rails or
Sinatra projects for nonprofits looking to build a website on the
cheap or generally for web projects that are in the public interest or
civic coding domain. They could be matched up at the same time with a
mentor who would guide them through the tasks they needed to do to
accomplish the project.

Berkman had some leads on this from a previous project. We should try
to follow up on that.
