afterparty bar preferences?

These are the bars Valetine and I are talking to for the RailsBridge
workshop afterparty:

1. Meadhall 2nd floor
2. Catalyst bar / lounge area
3. Area 4, high table area

Does anyone have preferences, based on experience? Other factors are
also involved in the decision (like cost - Area 4 would close off their
dining area for an hour and a half for us and charge us like $300 for
that above the drink tab). But your feedback would help.
