Let's meet to start planning the next RailsBridge Boston workshop before the end of this month. Let's take it at a leisurely pace & focus on assigning people different responsibilities. These include
- finding a good venue & date
- food (closely tied to venue; see if the venue has any restrictions)
- recruiting the teaching staff
- sponsors
- t-shirts: let's go for t-shirts this time!
- promotion: this time let's get contacts at colleges, universities, boston publications and other places to help us spread word widely.
- curriculum: we can improve based on the experience of 1st workshop, and also merge our stuff with RailsBridge SF's material.
I think meeting sometime between September 24 -29 would be good. Maybe we could pick a fairly central location like somewhere on or near MIT campus to meet?
