Techtonica is a nonprofit that provides free tech training, laptops, living and childcare stipends, and job placement to Bay Area women and non-binary adults with low incomes. We're seeking a Technical Apprenticeship Program Manager to join our team in San Francisco now.

You should be: 

• Technical, with at least two years of software engineering experience
• People-oriented
• Organized
• A confident leader
• Ready to take your next career steps while empowering folks being displaced by tech
• Able to relate to women & non-binary adults with low incomes, people of color
