CodeConf tickets for Los Angeles area Railsbridge folks

Hi,

GitHub is hosting CodeConf LA (1), a two day conference about systems
engineering projects,
practices, and programs in the open source community June 27 - 29.

As a GitHub employee I have been given two tickets to distribute and I'd
like to first offer them
to RailsBridge organizers or students. Since the conference is a bit
short notice and the ticket
price does not include accommodation during the event I expect that
local-ish folks will be more
eager than Bay Area people.

I don't have any fancy plan for distributing them. So unless someone
else has a better idea I'll
likely just choose two at random from anyone who raises a hand for one.

If no one is interested my feelings won't be hurt.
